Return Process

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the return journey.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
